For USACE, GreenPoint has provided targeted project management services, as well as support of planning and environmental programs, including feasibility studies, EDRs and mitigation programs. Our work to date for USACE builds not only on our technical experience, but on the tools we use internally to manage our work; a necessity given our small size and the larger scale of our projects. We have applied these lessons to our work in support of USACE, effectively delivering value by multiplying our clients’ capacity.
